Australia & New Zealand
Free delivery on orders over $225. Below that it is a flat $12, whatever you order and wherever you are.
Standard delivery arrives within about 5 business days to the eastern states, and 7–10 business days to regional areas and Western Australia. Times vary by a couple of days with the courier.
We dispatch from Australia, normally within 1–2 business days of payment clearing, using Australia Post and courier services.
Express post (Australia)
Express delivery is 1–3 business days, priced by parcel weight:

Express rates and timings may not apply to remote areas, regional WA or the NT. If your address falls outside the express network we will contact you before dispatch rather than quietly downgrading the service.
International
Free delivery on international orders over $1000 AUD, bulky items excepted. Below that, freight is charged on the first kilogram and then per additional kilogram:

Delivery times start from dispatch, not from when you order, and customs clearance can add to them. Import duties and local taxes are the receiver's responsibility, and customs restrictions may apply — check with your local carrier if you are unsure.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Your final bill depends on the exchange rate used by PayPal, your bank or your card provider.
Bulky items
Bowling machines, batting cages and the large nets are freighted rather than posted. You can order them online at the standard rate, but they sit outside the free-delivery threshold.
If the carrier charges more than the rate you paid, we contact you for approval before dispatching — never afterwards, and never as a surprise on your card.
Lost parcels
We carry the risk until your parcel reaches you. Orders over $150 are sent with signature on delivery. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we replace it.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track it at auspost.com.au or with the courier named in your dispatch email.
Stock availability
Occasionally something sells out between your order and our packing bench. If that happens we will contact you the same day with the options — wait, swap or refund — rather than leaving you wondering.
The 12-month warranty
Your RapidArm is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and manufacture. Clearance stock is sold without a warranty, which is why it is half the price.
If something fails in normal use — a shaft, a screw, a moulding — contact us with your order details and a photo, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, damage from misuse or modification, or the natural wear of the cup, which is a consumable.
Replaceable cup
The cup is designed to be replaced. It takes the impact of every throw, and after heavy use it will wear — that's expected, not a fault. Replacement cups are available; get in touch and we'll sort you out.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We do our best to keep prices current, but reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price changes after you order, we will contact you before charging anything.
