Getting your arm, and keeping it.

Orders are dispatched from Australia, normally within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

Australian delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your state and postcode. International orders are welcome — transit times vary by destination, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the address you provide.

Your RapidArm is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and manufacture.

If something fails in normal use — a shaft, a screw, a moulding — contact us with your order details and a photo, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, damage from misuse or modification, or the natural wear of the cup, which is a consumable.

The cup is designed to be replaced. It takes the impact of every throw, and after heavy use it will wear — that's expected, not a fault. Replacement cups are available; get in touch and we'll sort you out.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
