Short version: enough to send you an arm and answer your questions. Nothing else.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address and order details so we can fulfil and support the purchase.
When you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
The game on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your score, arm settings and any discount code you unlock stay on your device — we don't collect them.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card details are handled by PayPal and never reach our servers. PayPal's handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
Who we share with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment processor and the courier delivering your arm. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@techsports.com.au. We keep order records as long as tax and consumer-law obligations require.
