Something wrong? We'll sort it.
New arms carry a 12-month warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law sit on top of it whatever you buy.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your arm arrives damaged, develops a fault, or simply isn't what you ordered, tell us straight away with a photo and your order number. We cover return postage on those, and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
Once the arm is back with us and checked, refunds go to the original payment method — usually within 3–5 business days.
12-month warranty
Every new RapidArm is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the shaft, the locking hardware and the cup. It doesn't cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or a cup worn out by heavy use — replacement cups are available separately.
Change of mind
We're not required to refund a change of mind, so please check the speed settings and sizing on the product page before you order. If you're unsure which model suits your players, email us first — we'd rather help you pick the right arm than process a return.
Clearance stock
The clearance RapidArm Original is sold with a described cosmetic mark on the grip, and without a warranty — that is the trade-off for half price. The mark itself isn't a fault. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply: if it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us and we'll put it right.
Starting a claim
Email info@techsports.com.auwith your order number, what's wrong, and a photo. Please don't send anything back before we've replied — we'll give you the return address and cover the postage where the item is faulty.
